Customers are protected yes, but the amount of coverage determines on the valuation option a customer has chosen. All customers are offered at no cost a basic limited liability of $ .60 per pound / per item. This is the standard coverage that must be offered at no cost to the customer by any licensed moving company. Additional coverage can be purchased at an additional cost.
